Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Evaluate resumes and technical skills to identify top IT talent.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and evolving recruitment strategies.
- Manage and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in IT recruitment within an IT company.
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring, including software development, DevOps, cloud, and data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and GitHub.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ability to assess technical skills and experience by screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in headhunting and passive talent engagement.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, market salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with global hiring trends and remote recruitment strategies.
- Experience in Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing.
- Certification in Technical Recruiting (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS, SHRM-CP).
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven recruitment tools.
