A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications with Masters degree in Computer Applications, Trushant have corss-domain expertise working with Federal Government like U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, State Government agencies like D. C. Department of Employment Services, Non-profit membership organizations like U. S. Green Building Council, International organizations like United Nations at their European HQ in Switzerland, profitable organizations like Ryan Homes and many more under his belt. He is also proud co-founder of a startup company - OpenEyes Technologies Inc. focusing on data integrity and custom software solutions.

In his spare time, Trushant is serving as a volunteer board member for his Homeowner Associations since 2007 and follows TED (& TEDx) talks crazily.

For more than 25 years, Rob has created, managed, and advised private industry leaders and government agencies on the creation, management, and improvement of adult education, certification and measurement programs, business management, and board governance.

As COO Rob is focusing on operational readiness. He also sits on the boards of directors of the Association of Test Publishers and the International Academy of Mine Safety and Health.

Prior to joining OpenEyes in 2019, he was Vice-President of client services at Castle Worldwide where he was responsible for all client relationships and the operation of Castle's psychometric, test development, accreditation, and testing program management consulting practices. A member of Castle's management team, Rob also led strategy initiatives.

Earlier still, he was a founding partner of Caveon Test Security and executive director of ITCSC, a large Information Technology trade association dedicated to the protection of its members' intellectual property through collective legal action and shared best practices.

He founded and managed Oracle Corporation's global Certified Professional Program, relaunched Sun Microsystems' global Certification Program, and founded Adobe Systems' Certification Program. Under his management, his various assessment programs have delivered well over one and a half million examinations worldwide in eight languages.

Rob is easily recognized at industry events as an active presenter and for his nine years of service to the Personnel Certification Accreditation Committee (PCAC) of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), which is responsible for accreditation of personnel testing programs to the ISO/IEC 17024 international standard. He also serves on several committees of the Association of Test Publishers, including three years as Chair of the Workforce Skills Credentialing Division, and the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. He regularly speaks on business management, innovation, strategy, workforce development, and testing fairness as a two-way street.

Mr. Pedigo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in political economy and an MBA with an emphasis in organizational development from City University.

Mahesh P. Joshi, Ph.D. is an academic, consultant, and entrepreneur. Dr. Joshi received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management and International Business from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA and is currently Associate Professor of Global Strategy and Entrepreneurship at George Mason University. He is the Founder and President of Joshi International, Inc., a firm that provides consulting on strategy development, execution and innovation management.

Mahesh has published several (30+) peer-reviewed research publications with respect to strategic effectiveness in organizations. 11 of these publications appear in leading journals in the management discipline, such as Strategic Management Journal, Journalof Operations Management, Decision Sciences Journal, Technological Forecasting and Social Change; and Long Range Planning.

He has won several “Best Paper Awards” at a variety of academic conferences. He is actively involved in outreach for the School of Business, George Mason University; and has been awarded the “School of Business Service Award” seven separate times, capturing his ability to connect with the local business community.
