Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Develop visual representations such as flow diagrams and UML to illustrate business processes.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog while actively participating in planning and release cycles.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
- Conduct system demonstrations for potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work with Agile teams, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA for tracking and managing tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 -10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong expertise in BRD, SRS, FRD documentation.
- Proficiency in wireframing and mockup tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
- Ability to visualize and map business processes using flow diagrams and UML models.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Experience working with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience working in IT consulting or software development companies.
- A collaborative and proactive work attitude with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
