Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Work directly with overseas clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication via calls, emails, and project management tools.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
- Oversee project execution, estimations, sprint planning, and task allocation.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance issues, and scalability concerns.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in PHP Frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular/ReactJS).
- Proficiency in RESTful API development, database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and caching mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project management tools.
Good to have skills
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Linux servers and command-line tools.
- Understanding of security best practices, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and data encryption.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
