We are looking for best talent- The Human Resource Manager who lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR operations with strong organizational and communication skills
  • HR certification is a plus


  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, managing sourcing, interviews, and final selections.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires and efficiently manage the offboarding process.
  • Manage leave requests and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external vendors.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory and stock.
  • Coordinate activities related to campus recruitment.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain vouchers and invoices.
  • Ensure the efficient functioning of the office environment.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Performance Management System.
  • Contribute to activities related to ISO & CMMI certification.
  • Prepare various HR-related documents, including appointment letters and experience certificates.
  • Manage and process payments regularly.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses and contracts, including those related to vendors.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and queries promptly.
  • Request and evaluate quotations from vendors as needed.
  • Review, modify, or develop new HR policies as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and management of the yearly HR budget.
