We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, amplify brand voice, and build a high-engagement digital presence across verticals. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation.
  • Build quarterly calendars for all platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Align campaigns with events, partnerships, and business goals.
Content Creation & Management
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create engaging posts, carousels, reels, infographics, and blogs.
  • Write platform-specific copy that reflects the brand tone
  • Lead storytelling campaigns showcasing impact, innovation, and POVs.
Community Engagement & Growth
  • Engage with followers, monitor industry trends, and spark conversations around impact tech.
  • Build partnerships with relevant influencers, nonprofit networks, and ecosystem leaders.
  • Manage employee advocacy and coordinate internal campaigns for reach amplification.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, followers, etc.), generate monthly reports, and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Use insights to shape A/B testing, post timings, and content formats.
Event & Campaign Support
  • Support pre-, during, and post-event social media for conferences and webinars.
  • Drive visibility around internal milestones and CSR initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in social media marketing—preferably in agency
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta Business Suite and YouTube
  • Exceptional content writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and growth funnels.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a bias for execution.

Good to Have

  • Video editing or motion design basics
  • Exposure to different markets and diverse audience tone
