HR and Operation Executive

OpenEyes is hiring HR operations with potential to Design and oversee the HR operational programs, processes, and policies related to an employee life-cycle including employee onboarding, development, performance management, or engagement.

Key Responsibility

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Able to prepare, guide and make changes on company policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, Interview scheduling, negotiation & closing.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management for disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Proven experience as HR Executive or other Sr. HR position.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making attitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle Admin related work.
  • Hands-on experience in using recruitment tools like Naukri, Monster etc.
