Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers
  • Plan, create, and manage content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), etc.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social channels
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to create engaging campaigns
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities
  • Conduct competitor analysis and implement best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in organic social media marketing
  • Excellent content planning and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of social media analytics tools
  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working with B2B/B2C brands (depending on your company need)
  • Soft skills for using AI chatbots/agents: Understanding of AI-powered audience segmentation, predictive trend analysis, competitive benchmarking using social listening tools, and generative AI for rapid A/B testing of messaging frameworks and campaign concepts.
  • Ability to guide AI agents(using prompt engineering) to synthesize cross-platform performance data into strategic recommendations, draft quarterly roadmaps( C-suite friendly/digestible), and simulate audience responses, while critically evaluating AI-generated insights against brand objectives and market realities.

Good to Have (Paid Marketing Exposure)

  • Basic understanding or hands-on experience in paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to assist in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
