Agile Business Analyst

We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience who can effectively manage projects end-to-end while driving Agile/Scrum execution. The ideal candidate should be proficient in client communication, capable of managing deliverables, and skilled in coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand, capture, and document requirements in a structured and clear manner.
  • Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clarity for the development team.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams (development, QA, design) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business needs.
  • Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of workflows, requirements, and project updates.
  • Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management roles.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and understanding, user story creation, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Good understanding of Scrum practices and ability to drive sprint execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good to Have

  • Certification in Scrum or Project Management.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
  • Core technical AI knowledge: Understanding of AI-powered Agile analytics (e.g., predicting sprint velocity, identifying bottlenecks using ML, and automated generation of retrospection insights from team sentiment data).
  • Soft skills for using AI chatbots/agents: Skill in structuring conversational prompts to simulate stakeholder interviews, validate process flows, and generate acceptance criteria, while maintaining critical thinking for compliance (e.g., ISO standards).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
